Machine details:
1. The water filling line can fill 2liters bottle.
This filling machine is CGF8-8-4 water filling machine. it can fill 2L bottle. Because 2L bottle is big, the bottle diameter is around 110mm. The CGF8-8-3 water filling machine can do the biggest 1.5L bottle. But the customer need 2L bottle. So, we enlarge the machine, and change 3 capping heads to 4 capping heads. Now, it can do the 2L bottle also.
2. The 2L bottle neck is bigger a little than the 500ml bottle.
The 2L bottle is too big. So when blowing, it need the preform wall thickness is bigger. So the preform neck diameter is bigger than the 500ml bottle. We know the PET bottle filling machine is hanging-neck system. It means when machine working, it transfer the bottle by hanging the bottle neck. So the bottle neck should be same. Now the 2L bottle neck is bigger a little. But it is ok for working. Did not bring problems. Our engineer make it can suitable for 2L bottle and 500ml bottle.
