Machine details:
1. The juice bottling machine use hot filling process.
If you want to keep the juice for long time, you need to use hot filling process. It means we need to fill the juice at 85℃ temperature. Why it is 85℃ temperature filling? Because 85 ℃ temperature can kill most of bacteria. So the PET bottle should be special, it should can endure 85℃ high temperature. And after the filling, we need to cool the temperature to normal temperature for the labeling and packing.
2. The customer use the semi-auto labeling machine.
The customer use the sleeve shrink label. The capacity is 5000bottle per hour. It can use automatic sleeve labeling machine. but the customer use the semi-auto labeling machine. it means the worker will sleeve the label by hand, then the shrink tunnel shrink the label. It is ok, it can save some money.
