Machine details:

1. The bottle is flat glass bottle, and the cap is aluminium type.

The bottle is flat glass bottle, and the cap is aluminium type. The washing bottle use the pure water. and it will need more time to drain off the pure water. The liquid level require more accurate, because the alcohol is expensive. To our machine, it is easy to do it. After filling, there are some liquid left on the bottle, so it will be necessary to arrange a bottle washing machine. The washing machine will wash the bottle by sparying water. After it we arrange a blowing dryer. It will clean the water by air.

2. the electrical control cabinet is Explosion-proof type.

The electrical control cabinet is Explosion-proof type. because the alcohol is easy to explode. Although it is liquid, but it is easy to volatilize to the air. When the alcohol concentration in air reach 3%, it is very easy to explode. So to avoid the accident, it is better to use the explosion-proof type cabinet.
