Machine details:

1. The machine uses the fast and high-accurate filling valve.

Normally the 40 heads machine can produce 18000 BPH 500ml. And If customer need the speed reach 22000BPH 500ml, We will use another filling valve. But the liquid level are not so accurate. This time, the customer need the speed can reach 22000BPH, and also need the liquid level are accurate, the error must be smaller than 5mm. how to do? Through the discussing with the engineer, we decide to use the newest valve. The filling speed is high enough, and the filling accurate is also ok. But the price high much, around 10%. The customer accept it.

2. The valve opening devise use the air-support system.

For the big water filling machine, the valve opening devise use the air-support system mostly. Because the machine is big, and the valve are more. If it use the machine cam system, the voice is big, and it is easy to damage the valve opening devise. And it can reduce the worn and fault points. It can reduce the maintenance cost.

3. The machine bottle transferring system use the only-clamp system.

For the small water filling machine, the bottle transferring system use the dial wheel and backplate to transfer the bottle. When need different bottle size, we need to change the backplate. It will need more time, especially the machine is big. So the engineer develop the new system, only-clamp system. When the bottle go into the filling machine, the clamp will take it and transport it in the machine. the system can save the time for change spare parts. It also can avoid the wear to the bottle neck from the dial wheel.
