1. the container is Tinplate bottle, we didnot do the machine before.

we didnot do the machine fefore, this is the first problems. before we make machine for filling beer with glass bottle. It seams the machine structure is similer. the only difference is the cap. the cap is different, and capping method is different also. So we check it with the supplier for capping heads. they said they have the capping heads for the Tinplate bottle and send video to us. we checked the video and capping heads, think it is no problem.

2. the beer filling need foam activiation system.

the beer filling need foam activiation system. it can make the beer scum to remove the air in the bottle neck. so you can keep the beer for long shelf time. It is not easy to do it. but our engineer is great. they research it some days. finally they do it, the effect is very good.
