Description
Usage:
The juice bottling line can produce non-carbonated juice for PET bottle and glass bottle. And the juice can be fresh juice or concentrated juice.
We can supply the complete production line, include: water filter, juice mixing system, bottle making machine, juice bottling machine, bottle labeling machine, filled bottle packing machine and so on.

1. The all parts directly contacted with juice are adopte food stage stainless steel without dead angle. So you can clean it easily.
2. The machine adopte advanced valve to control the inlet flow rate of liquids. Also It can keep the slight turbulence of liquids level in the solution barrel and ensure the accuracy in filling.
3. The filling valve use the back-flow system, it can avoid the low-temperature filling, and can clean the valve well.
4. Closing feeding valve automatically while no bottle on filling avoid the loss of aqueous feet.
5. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
6. The “capping head” is adopted magnetic-constant-torque device to ensure the high capping quality and without damages.
7. Adopting efficient cap settling system which carried perfect cap feeding and protection device.
