About inspecting the water bottling plant

Today we talk about inspecting the water bottling plant. How to inspect the machine well? The best way is simulating the real production. It means the testing machine should be like the real production.

It will need enough material and workers. the production line should work half hour without stop. And the material must be the material for real production. It can test the real machine quality.

Then some point should be noted:

1. You need check if all the machines can work for half hour without stop. all the machine should can do it. If some machine can not do it, the supplier should adjust the machine again well.
2. You need to check the bottle is good or not. the bottle size should be same. and the bottle surface should be good. finally the bottle transparency should be good. If not, the supplier should adjust the blow molding machine again.
3. You need to check the filling level. The filling level should be same in different bottles. The water level difference can not be more than 5 mm. And all volume should be enough for the request. Then after filling, the bottle should not have damage in the surface. If not , the supplier should adjust the filling machine  well again.
4. You need to check the label on the bottle. first, you need check if all the bottle have label and on the right place. if you us sleeve label, you need to check if the label shrink well. If the label can not on the right place, the suppier should adjust the label machine well again.
5. You need the check the code printing. now cusotmer use the laser printer mostly. you need to check if all the bottle have code. and you need check if the code is showing well.
6. Finally, you need to check the packing. first, you neeed check the bottle quantity is right or not. then you need check the package surface is good or not.
