Machine details:

1. The production line uses the automatic bottle unscrambler before filling machine.

The customer have blow molding machine before. And the blow molding machine capacity can not match the filling machine capacity. So he use a automatic bottle unscrambler between them. The blow molding machine make the bottle in another place. Then they transport the empty bottle to the bottle unscrambler by hand.

2. The production line uses palletizer.

The bottle is big 1.5L, one pack have 12 bottle, and the capacity is 1000pack per hour. So the palletizing will be a heavy labor. So the customer choose the robot palletizer. One robot cannot match the speed, so they get two palletizer. The two palletizers can work same time. The speed is fast.
