1. The filling material is sterile.
First, the filling material, like juice, is sterile. The material mixing system will mix the material with water at first. Then the material will go to the ultra-high temperature sterilization system. The UHT system will sterilize to the material with high temperature, Like 110℃-115℃. After sterilization, the material temperature will come down to normal temperature soon. The filling temperature will be the normal temperature. This is key for the aseptic filling process. If customer do not use aseptic filling machine, they have to use hot filling machine. For hot filling system, the pet bottle have to endure high temperature 85℃-90℃. The pet bottle cost will be high much. But in the aseptic filling machine, normal pet bottle is ok. And in the material, most nutrients, that are sensitive to high temperatures, can be kept in it. It will be good for the drinker.
2. The bottle and cap is sterile.
The bottle and cap must bring some bacteria also. So before filling and capping, the machine will sterilize the bottle and cap. For the bottle, the machine sterilizes them at the washing machine. At the normal filling machine, the washing machine will wash the bottle with pure water. But in the aseptic filling machine, it will spray disinfectant to bottle, then wash the bottle inside again with pure water. The machine sterile the cap in the washing cap tunnel, same use disinfectant to sterilize the cap at first, then washing the cap use pure water.
3. The complete filling space is sterile.
The complete filling space is sterile. How to do it? first, the space is sealed almost completely. Then on the top of the filling machine, it have a laminar flow hood. The laminar flow hood will blow the pure air to the filling machine inside. So the normal air cannot come into the filling machine. It can keep the space class 100 cleanliness. So the filling material will be sterile.
But, the aseptic filling machine have one disadvantage. It is the machine price is very high. So, if you want it, you can reconsider it.
