1. The production line is fully automatic production line.

The production line is fully automatic. The air conveyor system connect the automatic blow molding machine and water filling machine. The air conveyor will send the bottle from automatic blow molding machine to water filling machine directly, no need and worker or bottle unscrambler. The efficiency is the best.

2. The production include enough belt conveyor.

The belt conveyor have a function, it is to store the filled bottle before label and packing. If the belt conveyor is less. When the labeling machine change label or packing machine change packing film, the filling machine will need stop to wait. It will waste time, the production quality will be low. But now, when change label or packing film, the belt conveyor will store the bottle. The filling machine no need to stop. And the best conveyor adopt variable-frequency speed control. When it stop or start, the speed can change slowly. So the bottle will stand steadily. The customer said the complete machine work very well.
