Machine details:

1.The juice filling machine use hot filling process.

The machine will fill the juice at 85 ℃ temperature. When the juice temperature is under the 85℃ temperature, the machine will stop. Then the return flow system will start to work. It will extract the juice and send back to the heating system to heat it again. When the juice temperature raise to above 85℃ temperature, the machine will start to work again.

2.The rinsing machine will use the hot water.

The rinsing machine need to used the hot water, about 60℃ temperature, to wash the bottle. Why? Because if the rinsing machine use the cool water, when filling, the glass bottle will break for too much temperature difference between glass bottle and juice. This knowledge is from the juice production factory experience. The production engineer find the problem and correct it.

3.The customer use the easy pull cap.

Now, the easy pull cap is popular for glass bottle. Water, juice and carbonated soft drink all can use it. It is easy to open the cap and no need extra tool. It is a good cap design.
