- The capping machine main axle is connected to the bottom of the machine frame. Some supplier did not do it for some machine, because the old design did not do it. It can keep the axle vertical exactly forever. Then the capping machine can keep turning well for much much time. And can save much money for maintenance.
- Then we use the new capping head driving system. Before the capping head driving system use two gears. The two gears are turning and moving up and down. Now, we use the new technology, the two gears need to turn only, not need to move up and down. so it will avoid much broken things.
- For the capping heads we use the constant-torgue capping head. Before, the old capping heads force can not confirmed for long time, now we use the new technology for the capping head, the force will not change forever.
