Machine details:

1. The filling machine can fill kinds of bottle size and material.

The customer need to fill kinds of material, yogurt, alcohol and so on. And the bottle size are different much. So we design the filling machine are separate with the capping machine. The washing machine and the filling machine are in place. And the capping machine is after them. One capping machine can do one kinds of cap. different cap need different capping machine.

2. The filling valve can fill yogurt with fruit bits.

The filling valve can fill yogurt with fruit bits. The yogurt are thick, it is not easy to fill. And the customer want to fill fruit bits also. The fruit bits are big size, around 10mm. so we choose the servo-driven metering pump to transport the filling material. It can transport the yogurt and fruit bits. And it can control the filling volume precisely.
