1.The production line uses the automatic bottle unscrambler before filling machine.

The customer want to save money, so he bought a small blow molding machine, the capacity is 4000-5000bottle per hour only. so he cannot connect the blow molding machine to air conveyor. He have to use a automatic bottle unscrambler to feed the bottle to air conveyor, then into the filling machine. And the blow molding machine need work more time. Later, he have to buy another blow molding machine to match the speed of filling line.

2. The production line uses the color film shrink wrapping machine.

The production line uses the color film shrink wrapping machine. It can pack the color film on the group bottle. And the company logo is clear and beautiful on the pack. And the pack have one connector under the pack. It make the pack more clean and neat.
