- The transmission system should turn smoothly. First, the machine frame should be made welly. Our machine frame is made by CNC lathe, the upper surface is very neat. Every hole is drilled by CNC lathe also. The distance and diameters of the hole is very accurate. The axle and bearing are installed well, the interval and seal are very good, the gear wheel and bottle dial wheel is made by CND lathe also. So when the bottle is transported in the machine, the shake and voice is very small. It can make sure the transmission quality is very good. And the lubrication system give the lubricating oil automatically. It can make sure the bearing maintenance.
- The filling valve is made subtly. The filling valve design is very scientific, no blind spots, flow fast. the every part of filling valve is make very well, and before installation all parts is washed clearly. And after installation, we will test the filling valve many times to check the liquid level, make all is ok.
- If you want the liquid level very good, it is better to keep the machine turn in a confirmed speed. The turning speed changed often also can affect the liquid level. For the confirmed speed, the blow molding machine, labeling machine, packing machine and filled bottle conveyor also need good and long enough.
