One. Do not let the machine stop.
The machine means water bottling machine, if the machine can work full time at rated speed, it can guarantee the output. But how to let the water bottling machine work full time? There is some points: 1. The water bottling machine quality should be good, working some hours no stop. 2. The speed of bottle blow molding machine should match with the speed, it can supply the enough bottle. 3. The labeling machine and parking machine speed should be more 20% then the filling machine. Because, the labeling machine and packing machine need to stop for loading the label and packing material. 4. The bottle conveyor should be long enough, when the labeling machine and packing machine stop, the conveyor can store the filled bottle.
Two. Try to reduce the cost of preform and cap.
It is easy to understand, when the material price become low, the profit of the product become big. For this purpose, you can try to use the short 30mm neck preform and cap, the material weigh can be low much than others.
Third. Try to reduce the labor cost.
If you use the full automatic production line, you can use less labor. But it is for the bigger production line, like 6000bottle per hour line or 10000bottle per hour line. If the capacity is very small, the labor is limited, it will be not easy to reduce it.
Fourth. Try to raise your water price.
The key will be the customer can accept your high price, you can make your product special, and sell it to the government or big company, or rich people.
