Now the most bottle is PET type, it is made by two-time type production, it means first make PET preform from PET granule material through injection machine, then make PET bottle from PET preform by PET bottle blow moulding machine. You can make bottle from preform, you also can make bottle from granule material, all is up to your condition. Most time, in the beginning, the customer make bottle from preform, then buy the preform from other suppliers.
- Water bottling machine. After getting pure water and bottle, we will fill the water into bottle and seal the cap. This time, we will use the key production machine water bottling machine, the machine have three main functions, washing bottle, filling water into bottle, capping. When washing bottle, the water is from the pure water, the water can drink directly. After washing the bottle, the machine filling the water into the bottle, the filling valve can control the water level in same standard. After filling water, the filled bottle go to the capping machine to close the cap. The cap is special, it can seal the bottle mouth, but it can open only one time, next time open, you can know the bottle be opened before. It can let you know the bottled water is fresh.
- Labeling system. When the bottled water is sold, some information must be showed with the bottle, like who make it, where is the water from, what is the water include, when it is made, and the shelf life. So the label appeared, on the label the all information is printed on it. And the label be designed very beautiful to attract the people’s attention. The label material can be paper, PET, PVC, OPP. The machine can be self-adhesive labeling machine, sleeve labeling machine and hot-melting glue labeling machine. Now for small capacity like 10000 bottle per hour, people use sleeve label machine. For big capacity like above 12000 bottle per hour, people use hot-melting glue labeling machine, because the label is cheaper and beautiful.
- Packing machine. Finelly, the bottled water are sold to other place, the transport is needed, but for the transport, the packing is needed also. Mostly, there are two type of packing for the bottled water directly, one is PE film, other is carton. Most time, carton is for high grade water, PE film is for normal grade water. for the PE film packing, it will need PE film shrink packing machine, for the carton, it will need carton packing machine. And if the transport capacity is big, there are pallet to take more pack.
