2. The filling tank and filling valve are not same.

The filling tank is slim and high. This is for keeping the material temperature, the material need to keep above 85℃ before filling. The filling valve have air return pipe beside it, the water filling valve’s air return pipe is on the top of the valve. The air return pipe can lead the filling material to the return flow tank, then send it to reheat again. The hot filling valve can install washing cup to wash the valve complete, the water filling valve donot have it. the sealing o ring all can resistant to high temperature.

3. The hot filling machine install a return flow tank.

The hot filling machine need to keep the filling material above 85℃ for sterilizing. But it is possible the material temperature come down below the temperature. The filling tank install a sensor for checking the real-time temperature of filling material. When it find the temperature is under the 85℃, it will stop the filling machine. then how to treat the material in tank? The engineer adopt the return flow tank, it will extract the filling material through air return flow pipe to reheat.
