Usage:

The carbonated drink production line is used for producing carbonated drink, like Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola. The bottle can be PET bottle and glass bottle.

The CO2 content can be adjusted according to your request, it can reach 7 grams/ liter like Coca Cola.

Main parameters:

Production speed: 1000-20000 bottle per hour 500ml

CO2 content in drink: 2-8 grams / liter

Bottle Volume: 200-2000ml

Features:

All parts in contact with water are using SUS304 stainless steel, and the internal and external surfaces are smooth and easy to clean.

The bottle feeding system is fully automatic, does not require any manual assistance.

The machine use equidistant clamps to clamp the bottle, so it ensures smoother operation, easier adjustment and lower failure rate.

We adopt high-grade isobaric filling, and the valve closes twice, so the liquid level is accurate.

Unique new filling valve, it is fast filling speed and no dripping.

Clean and hygienic, the seals are all food-grade seals such as silicone rubber or EPDM. So they meet food hygiene and filling requirements.

The machine use advanced technology capping head, and it is more stable cap grabbing and longer service life.

The bottle discharging adopts a drop-down type, and the bottle supporting plate spirals down. There is no need to adjust the conveying height when changing bottle types, which improves work efficiency.

The main electrical components are all made of internationally renowned brands to ensure stable operation.
